Christina ~ Zumba® & Zumba® Toning, Butt & Gutt, Cardio Kick, Boot Camp & Personal Training
I grew up in Bloomfield, NJ, dance and fitness have always played an important role in my life. Throughout my years of school I was an active cheerleader and participated in many dance activities. After rekindling my love of fitness I soon became a licensed Zumba® instructor to teach basic 1 and 2, Toning and Step. In 2011, I worked hard to accomplish my goal of becoming a certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Boot Camp, Kickboxing, and Pre/Post Natal Fitness instructor and Meditation leader. In addition to gaining these certifications I have had the opportunity to teach Zumba® to notable clients as the City of Newark, FBI, American Cancer Society and many more. I have always worked in the corporate world but I am exploring my love for dance and fitness as I am now an instructor and trainer helping others on their journey.
Eve ~ Zumba®, Zumbatomic
Eve is one of the most well known instructors in New York/New Jersey. She is known for her amazingly great energy and endless smile. Licensed in Zumba® and Zumbatomic for kids, Eve's creative choreography makes even the simplest moves become dynamic. She has a keen ability to motivate and inspire students. "Let loose and enjoy life through movements", she says.
Dance has been a passion of Eve's her entire life. Previously known as one of the Sancocho (known for their hit "Tumba la Casa") dancers, Eve is an instructor at various studios/gyms, recently being offered a position at NBC, and has appeared on shows such as Sabado Gigante and El show de Medio Dia.

Lilly ~ Zumba® Toning
Lilly is a licensed Zumba®, Zumba Toning, Zumba Sentao instructor. She has been part of the TNT team since October. If you have not already taken her class come on down to see how she infuses basic Zumba® and Toning moves to bring you an awesome workout.

Eileen ~ Zumba®, Cardio Kick & Piloxing® and Boot Camp
Dance is a word that has many meanings to Eileen, since it has been a huge part and most of her life. Passion, excitement, inspiration, movement, energy, healthy, and stress relief are only a few of the feelings that express "Dance" in her eyes. Growing up she had the dream of becoming a dancer on broadway but when she took a step back and thought about it, she actually felt like she was on broadway, when she's teaching. She's been choreographing since 14 years old, was apart of 2 dance instructrional videos for hip hop and reggaeton and has been teaching all ages different techniques of dance since 21 yrs old. Zumba® was the next greatest extravaganza to be apart of for two years. Since then she has taken her instructor certifications further and currently teach besides Zumba®: Cardio Kickboxing, Piloxing(pilates,boxing, and dance), group fitness, Boot Camp and personal training. Fitness has changed her life which is why it is so important for her to teach each one of you.
Christina H. ~ Zumba® / Boot Camp
Christina was born & raised in Newark, NJ - currently living in Bloomfield, NJ. During her youth years she was a cheerleader & on a dance stepping team. She has always loved to dance because it makes her happy to get lost in the music and dance her heart away!! When she discovered Zumba® Fitness, "I fell in love with it because it was so much fun and it doesn't feel like your working out." With Zumba Fitness you can "dance like nobody's watching" while getting fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. After taking a couple of classes she decided that she wanted to become a Zumba® Fitness instructor and now loves it.
Paula - Zumba®
Paula's love of Zumba® all began when she started taking classes six years ago. She has also instructed Zumba® for the Nutley Fit Kids Program in her hometown where alongside a fellow instructor they welcomed over 200 hundred middle school kids to their first Zumbathon! The rhythms, moves and music were the overall attraction and like many people, she found fun exercise difficult to come by until, of course, Zumba® came along!
Best of all, Zumba® was more like being out with your friends, dancing at a club, than exercise at all - that's what she loved most! It reminded her of her days of dance and cheering and she knew that now could help others fall in love with Zumba® if she became an instructor herself! Her only piece of advice to people who are hesitant to try Zumba® for the first time is DON'T BE! Come try it, Paula guarantees you will have a blast!

Kimma ~ Yoga / Hot Yoga / Partner Yoga
Kimma has been practicing various forms of yoga for 11 years but made the decision to change her life, quit the corporate world and become a yoga teacher in 2009. She received her first training in an intensive 200 hour program through Frog Lotus Yoga and completed the 300 hour teacher training at Lotus Yoga in 2010.
She is currently a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and RCYT (Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher). In 2011 she completed certification in Level 1 Foundations of Thai Yoga Massage and Triaxial Yoga Therapeutics. Her goal is to bring these two amazing healing practices into her classes to help benefit her students and provide a well rounded and grounded experience in each class.
In addition to teaching and continuing to study, she makes jewelry, walk dogs, and occasionally picks up freelance marketing work. She tries to find balance in her life so that she can enjoy the company of her loved ones, continue to meet new and interesting people and teach Yoga to students at a variety of locations.

Taisha ~ Yoga
Taisha is a Registered Yoga Teacher who received her 200-hour training certification from Starseed Yoga & Wellness under the tutelage of Jyoti Chrystal in 2007. She is also trained in leading Crystal Bowl Meditation and is a Sacred Meditation leader.
She's been practicing Yoga consistently since 2005. It didn't take long for her to see the difference it made in her life. From the obvious physical changes achieved through the practice of asanas to the less concrete but more beneficial changes achieved, in the reduction of stress and anxiety, through meditation and breathing techniques. Yoga has been a blessing in her life and she loves to share it with others, especially those new to it! It can totally transform the body, mind and spirit, making it stronger and more capable of taking on life's experiences and challenges, no matter what your level of flexibility is now. Her style of teaching is one that is very easy to follow, inspired by B.K.S Iyengar Yoga, focused on breathing, structure and proper alignment.

Gigi ~ Pilates
Gigi has been studying movement all her life, starting as a child in dance lessons, and progressing on through dance college, and beyond. She became certified in Benesh Movement Notation, which is the analysis and recording of movement, and allowed her to work on staff with several prominent international dance companies. Later she became certified in Pilates, and the Pink Ribbon Program, an exercise rehabilitation program for women recovering from breast cancer. She is passionate about exercise and it is an integral part of her life. She is excited to have recently added the Keiser Spin Certification to her repertoire and continues to receive other educational credits through studies such as "Pilates Applications for Special Populations".
She really enjoys helping clients understand the way they move on a deeper level so that they can, in turn, improve their posture, work with proper bio-mechanics, and develop strength, while learning how to avoid injuries. She is CPR/AED certified.

Venus ~ Yoga / Hot Yoga
Venus Banguela, founder of Infinitive Wellness Sharanam is a Certified Yoga Teacher specializing in Vinyasa Flow. She is also a Holistic Health Coach specializing in nutrition and lifestyle wellness. Her yoga teaching style is full of fiery passion and gentle compassion, with a heavy focus on alignment. She is passionate about consciously connecting one with their inner divinity as well as incorporating Ayurveda (the Science of life and the sister of yoga) and all aspects of the sacred teachings. Her classes tend to bring a calming effect to her students allowing de-stressing from our fast paced society to occur. Venus has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has felt yoga’s healing properties first hand. Meditation, chanting and yoga philosophies have been a large part of her journey toward wellness. She has pursued teaching in response to her need to share the many beautiful experiences and benefits she has been blessed to have encountered. Venus received her 200-hour yoga training from Joschi Yoga Institute in NYC and her Health Coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She believes wellness is a birthright for all to enjoy and that yoga, nourishing food and lifestyle is the path in reaching it. Venus will forever be a humbled student of life. Jamilah ~ Belly dancing, zumba, Butt & Gutt, Hot hula
Jamilah is a Belly Dance Instructor and Choreographer. She has 25 years of dance experience. She will teach & guide you through the timeless art of Middle Eastern Dance.
